Are the Artworks Ready to Hang?

If you've opted for either "Stretched Canvas" or "Floating Frames," your artwork will arrive ready to hang, complete with all necessary hanging accessories. The "Rolled Canvas" option, however, will require additional framing.

How Do I Care for My Artwork?

Our artworks are crafted using premium-grade oil and canvas, ensuring longevity with proper care. Here are some tips for maintaining your hand-painted canvas:

  • Regular Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to gently clean the canvas both inside and out. An occasional rinse with cold, clean water is also advisable.
  • Contaminant Prevention: Steer clear of dirt, tree sap, leaves, bird droppings, and other debris, as these can damage the canvas when left in contact for extended periods.
  • Chemical Exposure: Never allow the canvas to come into contact with harsh chemicals such as petrol, solvents, or kerosene.
  • Natural Hazards: Keep vegetation, such as bushes and vines, at a distance to prevent dry rotting or unsightly staining.
  • Avoid Sprays: Products like hair sprays, deodorants, and insect repellents can negatively affect the canvas's water-repellent properties and may cause staining.
  • Annual Waterproofing: For added protection, especially on seams, apply a water-proofing spray, which is readily available at most camping stores.

By following these guidelines, you can expect your hand-painted artwork to remain in pristine condition for decades to come.

Does the Painting Come with a Frame?

The framing of your artwork depends on the option you select. Choose any option other than "Rolled Canvas," and your painting will arrive framed and ready to adorn your walls. If you opt for "Rolled Canvas," the painting will arrive unframed and will require additional steps to be ready for display.

What Type of Frame Is Used?

We primarily recommend stretched canvas frames for most artworks in our collection, but we also provide the option of floating frames. We use treated timber for stretched canvas, and our floating frames are crafted from premium Czech Pinewood. We believe these framing options best complement the aesthetic integrity of our art pieces.

What Is the Thickness of the Frame?

For floating frames, the thickness is approximately 1.2 inches or 3 cm. As for the finished size, stretched canvas frames will match the dimensions you ordered. Floating frames, on the other hand, will extend about 1-2 cm beyond the dimensions of the stretched canvas. Please note that the finished artworks may vary by 0.5-1 cm.

Why Are Rolled Canvas Artworks Larger Than the Listed Size?

We intentionally add extra canvas space on all sides of the Rolled Canvas option. This ensures that when you decide to frame the canvas, none of the artwork is lost or compromised, allowing for a seamless framing experience.

What Does Shipping Cost?

We like to keep things straight forward—shipping is absolutely FREE! We collaborate with leading courier services like Australia Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx and local couriers to offer fast and insured shipping for all our orders.

What Are the Shipping Timelines?

Since each artwork is custom-made to your specifications, please allow approximately 4-8 weeks for painting, drying, and framing. Once your artwork is ready and packaged:

  • Delivery to AU, NZ: 4-7 Business Days
  • Delivery to US, CA: 4-6 Business Days
  • Delivery to EU: 3-5 Business Days
  • Delivery to Rest of the World: 3-8 Business Days

Rest assured, all artworks are shipped with insurance coverage.

How Are the Paintings Packaged for Shipment?
  • Framed Orders: Your framed artwork is meticulously packaged in a robust cardboard box for maximum protection.
  • Rolled Canvas: We gently roll the canvas and secure it in a protective tube before shipping.
Is the Delivery Insured?

Can I Track My Order?

Of course! Every order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your artwork as it makes its way to you.

Who Covers Duties and Taxes?

What if I Change My Mind or Don’t Like the Artwork?

No worries! We offer a risk-free 100-day change-of-mind policy. Simply get in touch with us within 100 days of receiving your artwork, and we'll guide the return for you. You'll receive a full refund once we receive the returned item(s), with no handling fees attached.

Who Covers the Return Costs?

If the product has quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs or resend a replacement free of charge. However, for returns not related to quality issues, the shipping costs for the return will be the customer's responsibility.

What Is the Return and Refund Timeline?

After we receive the returned artwork, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is complete.

What if My Artwork Arrives Damaged?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Should you find your artwork damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately and provide a photo of the affected area. Upon confirming the damage, a priority replacement will be sent to you, typically within two weeks.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

In the unlikely event that you're dissatisfied, we offer a 100-day risk-free return policy. You'll receive a full refund without any handling fees, all you have to do is post the artwork to us. Please note that customers are responsible for duties and import taxes.
